Other Information

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer next day or Saturday delivery as standard, however, if that is important to you then please give us a ring on 01246 566 195 before placing an order to check if we can accommodate your wish. Because of the nature of bespoke clothing and patch work bags a non standard delivery is not possible.

Please note that any orders placed on Friday (after noon GMT), Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our products, delays may possibly occur on orders delivering to Europe, Worldwide Zone 1 & 2. Please contact us if you have not received your item within the specified time.

Returns

Free UK Returns within 14 days of receipt!

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. If, however, you purchased a dress that is made to order we will not give a refund. If any alterations are required on the garment we are happy to do that. The alterations will be done free of charge and sent back to you within 3 working days.

We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, the Jewellery, Upcycled clothes, Bags and Corsages received after the 14 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the item returned, less delivery.

If we receive a returned item outside of the 14 days exchange period we reserve the right to return the item to you without it being refunded.

In the unfortunately event that you need to return an item, please send the item in its original packaging and in undamaged and saleable condition to the following address:

We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.

* When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. The item must be returned with the completed form on the back of your delivery note.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care (on telephone – 01246 566 195 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Discount codes & Vouchers

Allow for the revised order value and If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to appropriate discount level.

International Orders - Returns

Due to the longer delivery time in returning International orders, overseas customers must email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
